Hello members of The Herd! We have a new Halloween song for your floppy ears. Put on some headphones and soak in the haunting.

A ghost has until sunrise to find someone to speak a specific spell aloud to bring her back to life. Unfortunately, she chooses a Trick r Treater who is too caught up in the haunting to do anything about it.

On a spooky Halloween
The fog smelled like a cigarette
Through the smoke I could faintly see
The most beautiful ghost in the night

Oh what’s this? We kiss on this full moon we let out a shout
She took my hand and said let’s see how this all works out

Just after an hour or so
I swear somethings going on in her head
She tried to open up to me
And I block out every word that she said

Not listening to the things that she swore would keep her alive
We just keep dancing through the night in a blissful comfortable fright
Convincing myself that everything was perfectly fine
Ignoring the pleas that screamed that something wasn’t quite right

Like it or not the clock was ticking
The suns beginning to chime in
12 hours on the dot
And then she turned to dust
Reality begins to set in

I can’t believe I’m so lucky she chose to haunt me
I could’ve broken the spell, But I failed. Now She’s just a distant memory

Halloween is gone
And sadly so are we
